I am a fully qualified Executive level coach, working with CEOs, Directors and Senior Managers to help them perform better, be more resilient, and as importantly, enjoy their work more.  I am heavily invested in clients, their progress and enabling them to achieve their goals.

With over 20 years' experience as a senior HR Professional working in global businesses, and excellent knowledge of organisational systems, structures and culture, I am recognised for being business savvy, insightful and easy to talk to, while also being more forthright when the need arises.

I focus on quickly building trust and rapport, helping clients feel at ease, because the more they trust me, the more honest they feel they can be, and the more open they are to genuinely considering new ideas and approaches.

My style is warm, empathetic and informal and I employ a range of techniques depending on the subject matter, the client's personality and preferred learning style.

I also believe coaching should be fun - an experience that clients look forward to rather than groan when the reminder pops up in their calendar!
